WEEK 1 Story: Rule of Thirds

WEEK 1 Story: Rule of Thirds

The rule of thirds is the first compositional rule most photographers learn, but most don't know why they learn it. The rule of thirds is amazing for telling a story. Tell a story using the rule of thirds.

What is it...
The rule of thirds is applied by aligning a subject with the guidelines and their intersection points, placing the horizon on the top or bottom line, or allowing linear features in the image to flow from section to section.
